Daryle is a Ngarrindjeri Nation man from the River Murray, Coorong and Southern Fleurieu Peninsula area of South Australia. Daryle is a staff member and former Director, Yunggorendi, First Nations Centre for Higher Education and Research, Flinders University. He has a Bachelor of Education - South Australian College of Advanced Education and a Master of Education degree - University of South Australia specializing in Curriculum Leadership. Daryle is a doctoral candidate at the University of Auckland. His thesis is titled ‘The Pelican and the Pen: Towards an Indigenous:Ngarrindjeri Political Literacy’.
