Early identification and intervention of youth and education dropout.  Focusing on non academic skills as indicators of non academic achievement.  Cultural competency of educational counselors.  Working with Youth in custody personal and cultural competency of institutions focusing on non academic skills and effects of colonization.

Looking at educational disparities and what works in the classroom, professional learning and development of educational teachers and educational leaders.  Cultural competence of teachers and leaders.  Working with indigenous peoples in education to provide culturally competent instruction, pedagogy, learning and leadership.
