Kia Ora Tatou. Tia has an extensive background 20 years in teaching ranging from Early Childhood through to Tertiary Education at the University of Canterbury. Some of these teaching interests included lecturing, tutoring, a Maths teacher, Itinerant Teacher and then a Principal at a Residential School for Boys. Further achievements at the University of Canterbury included a collection of five degrees in Education, Maths and Psychology. Tia is currently a PhD student at the University of Otago majoring in Developmental Psychology.
